A final decision should come after one consistent wear test and a short evidence review. Note what the page says, what the wearer actually notices, and what remains unknown. Then ask whether the atmospheric character, the later wear, and the personal fit all support the same choice. If they do, the shopper has a reasonable product-level basis for moving forward. If they conflict, keep the conclusion narrow and identify which missing observation would matter most before treating the comparison as settled.

IMIXX No.63 sits closer to the mineral-and-earth interpretation. Compared with sweeter fresh fragrances, it feels drier and more serious. Compared with heavy oud or leather scents, it feels airy and clean. If your taste runs toward quiet, atmospheric, slightly melancholic perfumes, this is the lane it occupies.

What makes this interpretation interesting is its balance. It keeps the rain-on-earth concept intact while smoothing [[https://Imixx.net/product/no-63-le-labo-baie-19-dupe-perfume/|check these guys out]] some of the rougher edges that can make petrichor scents feel austere. The dry-down leans earthy and grounded, with a subtle warmth that keeps it from smelling cold or clinical. For anyone curious about this style but hesitant to commit to a higher-priced bottle, IMIXX No.63 offers an accessible entry point into the same olfactory world.

It may not satisfy those who crave warmth, spice, or heavy projection. Petrichor scents are deliberately understated, and they reward wearers who appreciate nuance. If you enjoy catching whiffs of your own fragrance throughout the day rather than filling a room, this style is worth exploring.

IMIXX No.63 is positioned as a Baie 19-inspired fragrance, which means it aims to recreate the same general scent family rather than copy the original bottle, branding, or formula. In practice, that usually means a similar petrichor accord, a comparable mineral freshness, and a dry, understated finish. For shoppers who love the idea of rain on stone but are not ready to commit to a full bottle of the designer scent, an inspired alternative can be a practical way to explore the style.

IMIXX No.63 follows this arc. It is not a loud fragrance. Its opening can feel sharp or even austere to someone used to sweet or fruity perfumes. Give it a few minutes. The mineral edge softens, and the earthy base emerges. On skin, it may sit close, which is typical of this style. On clothing, it can linger longer and smell more consistently like wet ground.

The opening tends to read cool and slightly sharp, with a green, almost leafy freshness that suggests wet vegetation. As it settles, the heart moves toward something more mineral and atmospheric, evoking damp stone or the air after a storm. The dry-down is where the earthy, quietly woody base takes over, keeping things grounded and dry rather than sweet.

Petrichor fragrances tend to follow a recognizable arc. The opening is usually the most vivid: a burst of green, slightly sharp freshness that mimics the first moments of rainfall. Some interpretations add a faint citrus or herbal touch to suggest cool air, while others go straight to the mineral and earthy notes.

If you want the starkest, most transparent take on petrichor, the original style may still call to you. If you want a wearable, everyday-friendly interpretation that keeps the wet-stone soul intact, IMIXX No.63 deserves a spot on your list. Either way, you are choosing a fragrance that smells like weather, memory, and the quiet after a storm.

The next axis is wear progression. A product page can establish how the fragrance is positioned, while direct wear is still needed to learn whether the atmospheric idea feels strongest at first spray, becomes softer later, or changes character as the fragrance settles. The important point is not to invent a fixed timeline. Instead, record the opening, a later checkpoint, and the dry-down in plain language. That creates personal evidence without turning one session into a promise about duration or projection for everyone.

A practical evaluation therefore uses three columns: source fact, personal observation, and unknown. The source-fact column includes the verified rain-and-petrichor positioning and the independent IMIXX product identity. The personal-observation column can include whether the wearer experiences the scent as airy, earthy, mineral, green, clean, or something else. The unknown column should hold formula details, exact similarity percentage, fixed longevity, and anything else the page does not establish. Keeping those columns separate makes the final judgment more reliable.

Next, separate category fit from reference fit. Category fit asks whether the fragrance belongs in the rainy, petrichor-oriented space the shopper wants to explore. Reference fit asks how useful the Baie 19 inspiration is as a comparison anchor. Neither question proves formula identity. Keeping them separate prevents the brand reference from overwhelming the product's independent identity and prevents a general atmospheric resemblance from being exaggerated into a claim that every detail must match.
